Jami Wilenchik has practiced law in Arizona since 2001.  Ms. Wilenchik's practice is devoted entirely to family law matters.  She has extensive experience in child custody matters, and has successfully argued international custody disputes under the Hague convention in federal court.  Her family law experience encompassses the areas of divorce and paternity matters, as well as post-decree child custody and support matters.  She previously worked as the coordinator for the Advocacy for Battered Women Program at the  Arizona State University College of Law.  Ms. Wilenchik is a member of the Arizona State and Maricopa County Bars, where she previously seved as the secretary of the Family Law section.  She is  a graduate of Arizona State  University in 1998, summa cum laude, as well as Arizona State University College of Law in 2001.
